This statement explains how Wilotus Pty Ltd (“Wilotus”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through our website, www.wilotus.com. It covers the forms you can submit on this site, such as demo bookings, sales and general enquiries, support tickets and career applications, along with the basic technical information every website receives.

If you use the Wilotus platform or the Wilotus mobile apps, that use is covered by the Wilotus Privacy Policy, which is provided with the platform and linked from our app store listings. This page deals with the website only.

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Details you give us through forms. Your name, email address, phone number, company, role and message when you book a demo, make an enquiry or raise a support ticket.
• Career applications. Your contact details and anything you choose to include with your application, such as a CV.
• Technical information. IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit, collected through standard web logs and cookies.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to you: to run the demo you booked, answer your enquiry, resolve your support ticket or consider your application. If you have asked about Wilotus, we may follow up with you about the platform. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by replying and telling us.

Career applications are used for recruitment only and are seen only by the people involved in hiring.

Where it is stored and who we share it with

Form submissions and contact details are stored in HubSpot, the customer relationship platform we use to manage enquiries, bookings and support tickets. Our website is hosted with a commercial hosting provider. Some of these providers, including HubSpot, store information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.

We share personal information only with the providers that help us run the website and respond to you. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies to function, and may use analytics cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Our site links to services such as LinkedIn and YouTube. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, and we recommend reading them.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@wilotus.com and we will respond within 30 days.
