Raju Dommaraju
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Raju Dommaraju is the founder and CEO of Wilotus. He has over 35 years of experience in project controls and construction delivery, having worked across infrastructure, mining, oil and gas, rail, buildings, and industrial sectors. Throughout his career, Raju has supported the delivery of several capital projects valued in the billions for Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, subcontractors, government bodies, and major asset owners.
Raju has built his reputation on the discipline of getting projects delivered – on schedule, on budget, and with full auditability. He is channelling that depth of frontline project delivery experience into building what the industry has lacked: an integrated project management and construction ERP platform that reflects how construction actually works.
Every workflow, every module, and every compliance layer in Wilotus is grounded in real operational knowledge earned across decades on some of Australia’s largest and most demanding projects.
Raju leads the product vision, platform architecture, and technical direction of Wilotus.
Hemanth Dommaraju
Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Hemanth Dommaraju is the founder and the COO of Wilotus. He brings over a decade of hands-on construction project delivery experience across some of Australia’s largest and most complex capital projects including across infrastructure, commercial, and industrial sectors. Having worked in large-scale capital projects, Hemanth understands the operational realities that shape project delivery and organisational performance.
At Wilotus, he is responsible for the company’s commercial operations, strategic direction, market expansion, organisational performance, and operational execution. He oversees go-to-market strategy, business development, partnerships, and the company’s expansion across Australia, India, the Middle East, and other international markets.
