Wilotus extends beyond internal teams. Subcontractors, clients, consultants, and suppliers can access dedicated portals within the Wilotus ecosystem at no additional cost. However, these are not access points into your organisation’s full platform.
The purpose-built portals enable external parties to interact with the project as part of the workflow.
Portal access includes:
- Vendor web portals for procurement and tender responses.
- Subcontractor portals for progress updates, document submissions, and compliance.
- Client portals for project visibility, approvals and reporting.
- Supplier portals for purchase order acknowledgement and delivery tracking.

FAQ
What happens after a product demo?
Wilotus runs on AWS, with customer data hosted in Australia. Storage for your projects and documents is provisioned as part of your setup, and the arrangements that apply to your organisation are set out in your agreement.
How does cloud storage work?
Wilotus runs on AWS. Cloud storage is included with every plan, and usage-based storage costs are managed and paid directly by the customer. This keeps costs transparent and ensures you only pay for what you use.
Are all modules really included with every licence?
Yes. Every licence includes the entire platform with all 25+ modules. There are no feature gates and nothing to unlock later.
Can I add more users later?
Yes. Licences are per user per month, so you can add users at any time as your team and project load grow.
Is pricing different outside Australia?
Regional pricing is available. Talk to our sales team about rates for your region.
Can subcontractors and clients access the platform?
They use purpose-built portals rather than your internal platform. Subcontractors and vendors work through the Wilotus Vendor Portal, and your clients use the Wilotus Client Portal for visibility, approvals and reporting. Portals are available as add-ons at discounted rates.
How does billing work?
Licences are billed per user per month. If you would like to discuss annual billing arrangements for your organisation, talk to our sales team.
