We implement alongside you, aligned to your goals, maturity and operational constraints. This page sets out how a typical rollout works. Detailed step-by-step guides for each module are provided to your team during onboarding.

Wilotus is one connected platform, and we recommend adopting it that way. Your data carries across as you work with the modules, so each step builds on the last instead of starting again.
What a Rollout Looks Like
We map your projects, structure and current systems, and agree on the steps that deliver value first.
Your team can set up your organisation, projects, cost structures and role-based access to match how you work. If required, our team can also do this for you.
Existing project, schedule and reference data are brought in, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project schedules.
Your teams are trained in the modules they use, supported by the in-platform Learning and Support module.
You go live on your selected projects, then add any new projects as you grow.
Data Migration
Bringing your information across is part of the rollout, not an afterthought. Wilotus supports structured data import during onboarding, and its native bi-directional integration with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project means your existing programmes connect rather than being rebuilt.
Training and Adoption
Adoption is where value is won or lost. Your people are trained on the modules they use, with role-based access keeping the platform relevant to each person’s job. The Learning and Support module ensures guidance is available inside the platform, so that help is available when someone needs it.
