This page sets out the certifications Wilotus holds, including how we protect your information and the intellectual property on which the platform is built on.
Our Certifications
Wilotus holds three internationally recognised certifications, independently audited and maintained through regular surveillance.
ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management)
Our processes for designing, building and supporting the platform are independently certified to the international quality management standard.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (Information Security)
Our information security management system is certified to the current international standard, covering how we protect data, manage risk and control access.
ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 (IT Service Management)
Our service management is certified to the international standard for delivering and supporting IT services.
How We Protect Your Information
Your data is yours. Wilotus protects it through an ISO/IEC 27001 certified information security management system, role-based access that limits each person to what their role requires, and independent penetration testing as part of our ongoing security programme. You hold a single, controlled record of your information across the platform.
Intellectual Property
The platform is built on proprietary technology, built and owned entirely by Wilotus, drawing on more than 35 years of project controls and capital project delivery experience. That experience, and the methods built from it, are protected as Wilotus intellectual property.
Compliance Built into the Platform
Beyond our own certifications, Wilotus helps you meet your compliance obligations. The Compliance and Governance modules support recognised quality, safety, environmental and risk frameworks, ensuring standards your organisation is held to are embedded in daily delivery rather than managed separately.
