What is Wilotus?

How is Wilotus different from a project management tool?

How many modules does Wilotus have?
Wilotus has 25+ modules across four categories: Operational Core, Commercial and Financial Control, Compliance and Governance, and Enterprise Productivity.
Do we have to adopt the whole platform at once?
Yes. All 25+ modules are available to you from day one.
Who is Wilotus built for?
Wilotus supports head contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, EPC contractors, project owners, government and public infrastructure agencies, and project management consultancies across infrastructure, mining, energy, industrial and commercial construction.
Implementation and Onboarding
How long does implementation take?
A lot quicker than other project management and ERP platforms of this scale. It depends on the size of your organisation. The onboarding wizard is completely self-service, and we can provide support as required.
Can we migrate our existing data?
Yes. Wilotus supports data import during onboarding and offers native bi-directional integration with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, so all your existing data carry across.
Do you provide training?
Yes. The Learning and Support module provides in-platform training and guidance. Our team also supports your people through onboarding and adoption.
Security and Compliance
Is Wilotus secure?
Yes. Wilotus holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification for information security management, and the platform uses role-based access, so people only see information relevant to their role.
What certifications does Wilotus hold?
Wilotus holds ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO/IEC 27001 for information security, and ISO/IEC 20000-1 for IT service management.
Who owns our data?
You do. Your data remains yours. Wilotus provides you with a single, controlled record of it across the platform.
Integrations and Access
Does Wilotus integrate with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project?
Yes. Wilotus offers native bi-directional integration with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, so schedules flow into the platform, and delivery progress flows back to the same source programme.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Wilotus mobile applications let your field teams capture timesheets, site diary entries, quality, photos, incidents and approvals from site, with the data flowing straight into the platform.
Support
What support is available?
Support is provided through the Learning and Support module and our onboarding team. We can provide implementation support as required and stay involved as you adopt the platform.
